On the house
The gasto
What lands on the table before the baguette. You don’t order it and you don’t pay for it: it’s our way of saying good morning.
-
Cacaus
Peanuts
Roasted, in their shells. You peel them with your fingers while you wait.
-
Tramussos
Lupin beans
Yellow and in brine. Squeeze the skin with your teeth and the bean pops out.
-
Olivas
Olives
Cracked and marinated, just like homemade.
Tramussos are lupin, one of the 14 allergens, and cacaus are peanuts. If you can’t have them, just say and we’ll bring your gasto without. See the menu without lupin or peanuts
To finish
Cremaet, step by step
The Valencian coffee that rounds off almuerzo: the rum is flamed with sugar and the coffee goes on top. We make it right in front of you.

- 1
The glass
Rum, sugar, a strip of lemon peel, a cinnamon stick and a few coffee beans.
- 2
Light it
The rum is set alight and stirred as it burns, so the sugar caramelises.
- 3
Coffee on top
Once the sugar has turned to caramel, fresh coffee goes in and the flame goes out.
- 4
To the table
Hot, in a short glass. The full stop at the end of almuerzo.
