Book questions
What is an ISBN?
The number that identifies each book: 13 digits starting with 978 or 979, or 10 in older books. With it we order exactly the edition the school asks for.
How long do they take to arrive?
Usually between two and four working days. In September, when everyone orders at once, it can be a little longer.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay when you collect them in the shop.
What if a book is out of print?
We’ll let you know as soon as we find out and tell you if there’s another edition, so you can check with the school.
Do you order books that aren’t textbooks?
Of course: school reading books, novels, children’s stories, reference books. If you don’t have the ISBN, the title and author will do.
